Grinovate Tanzania is a modern eco innovative technologies, transformational, Business and livelihood development organization with its base in the country’s designated at the safari capital of Arusha. Grinovate was incorporated as a company under the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania in 2018 with a registration No. 448708. It envisages offering capacity building development services (CBDS) on entrepreneurship, business, agribusiness, environment, governance and accountability, human based approaches, organizational leadership, management and staff development skills. The overall objective is to impart Tanzanian community and Small- Medium Entreprises (SME’s) with apt knowledge, skills and competency in a bid to build their confidence to improve their creativity and innovative practices. The over-reaching objective is to empower the society to be able to fight against poverty with an intention of improving their livelihood and attain sustainable development and transformational lives while combating climate change effects The vision of the organization is to spur growth of SME’s in Tanzania to elevate the country into a state where “everyone is free of poverty, treated with dignity and adhere to human rights”. The ultimate goal is to ensure a critical mass of Tanzania population is empowered economically, live in peace and harmony as well as have good standards of living.
